Job Description / Responsibility
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Arrange to resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; organizing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- keeping and updating call center database by entering information.
- Make outbound calls Proactively to increase product and service awareness, ensure customer satisfaction, follow up customers.
- Monitor customer trends, competitor’s initiatives, and reporting.
- Serve customers with helping attitude to play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition to enhance company brand image.
- Any other responsibilities as required by Management.

Experience Requirements

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Training
Job Requirements

- Good command in English both written and verbal is a must
- Self-motivated and able to work under stress
